Mirror Accounting Services is CPA firm with accounting and tax professionals. Team members have multiple decades of experience in accounting, advisory, consulting, auditing, financial statement analysis, financial management services, tax preparation and tax planning.

 

We are versed in interpreting and applying accounting rules and regulations and preparing financial statements and analyses. We combine our accounting and financial management skills to provide top notch CPA and CFO services. Deborah Williams

Deborah provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and tax planning to clients. Prior to co-founding Mirror Accounting Services, Deborah worked with a tax preparation firm and was an accountant at a nonprofit organization.

 

Deborah has keen insights into clients’ businesses and is a trusted advisor to clients on how to improve financial and operational aspects of their business. Deborah also prepares taxes for businesses and individuals and is passionate about helping clients keep their books up to date and minimizing their tax liabilities.

 

Deborah has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

Jason Williams, CPA, MBA

Jason leads Mirror Accounting Services, providing overall guidance and direction for the firm. Jason has over two decades in accounting and financial management. Jason’s focuses on CFO and financial management services, consulting on complex accounting and financial issues, financial statement preparation and analysis, tax preparation and tax planning.

Prior to founding Mirror Accounting Services, Jason held multi-year accounting and finance positions in organizations such as PwC, Credit Suisse, MorganFranklin Consulting and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

Jason’s accounting career started with PwC, where he audited companies in various sectors, including financial services, retail and energy. Since his first foray into accounting, Jason has expanded his expertise to include accounting research and financial statement analysis (Credit Suisse, PCAOB), advisory and transaction services (MorganFranklin) and tax preparation and tax planning.

Jason has an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from the University of the West Indies. Jason is a CPA licensed in Maryland and Colorado and is a member of the Maryland Association of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants.
